The Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) has performed, between May 2022 and August 2023, an examination of the status of Digital Advisory Services across four of its regional networks, namely in Anglophone and Francophone Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, with the goal to inform RAS stakeholders (extension services, decision makers, development partners etc.)
