This in-person course is designed to equip USAID staff with basic facilitation skills and foundational knowledge of Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI) and Gender Integration Framework (GIF) technical content in order to effectively deliver the half-day modules for the WEAI 101 and GIF 101 courses with Mission and project colleagues, as well as facilitate effective conversations.
