1. Research planning – specifying research problems, research questions and objectives; construct conceptualization; Research design, methods and tools; online data collection; sampling techniques
2. Conducting research – field data collection; reducing biases; Reliability and validity
3. Analysis and interpretation of data – data cleaning and statistical analysis
4. Scale development – factor analysis; social network analysis; qualitative research
5. Publishing research
